Organic wine is a product resulting from a method of cultivation with precise rules, set forth by Reg. EC No. 834/07, which basically excludes the use of pesticides or chemically-synthesized fertilizers.
The organic production adopted by our suppliers is a model of sustainable development, based on the principles of protecting and enhancing resources and respecting the environment and consumers’ health. A chemical-free vineyard, which respects the territory, destined to highlight the precious land-planet-climate relationship, which makes up the necessary balance for the development of a strong grapevine and the production of healthy and balanced grapes.
All of our products are offered protein-stable and microfiltered, and, upon request, cold stabilized and with sugar reside (in compliance with the related regulations).
