The Ministerial Decree of 19 March 2010 sets forth that the varietal wines, the foundation of the pyramid of Italian vine growing and wine producing quality, can report both the year of production and the vine on the condition that they have been subject to certification by a proper body.
On the other hand, no reference to the territory, which is the exclusive prerogative of wines with Denomination of Origin or Geographical Indication, is admitted. Despite the absence of specific regulations, they are in any case subject to complex wine production regulations, aimed at guaranteeing full traceability of the product. The list of varietal wines is the following: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
All of our products are subjected to clarification, in order to guarantee protein stability, apart from microfiltration. Upon request, there is treatment for tartaric stabilisation and sweetening (in compliance with the related regulations).
