TESTED AND CONTROLLED QUALITY

The company has a feather in its cap, that is the modern laboratory for the analysis. Thanks to the instruments in the van, that are constantly calibrated and tried and to the high qualified staff, we can effect many kinds of analysis, in security for the product’s quality. Like that, every lot of wine is monitored and guaranteed following all the parameters agreed and imposed by the EU.

Our laboratory makes analysis in order to determine alcoholic strenght, volatile and total acidity, free and total SO2, net and total extract, pH, residual sugar, citric acid, colour points, heavy metals (iron, lead, copper, potassium, calcium), acids, polyphenols and toxins (Ocratoxin). As for the control of pesticides, we avail ourselves of the service of an external credited laboratory, that makes random controls. The methods used are for the most part official or of internationally recognized institutes.

Our laboratory takes part in the qualified circuit of Ring Test, organized by Unione Italiana Vini. Every month the gauging of our instruments and the methods used are checked. That is a usefull process to keep our performance / efficiency always up-to-date.
